Terms of use

The Aindexc seller workspace helps authorized users organize stores, orders, research and financial records. Use the service only with your organization’s permission and for data you are authorized to manage.

Your account

Use a unique sign-in password, protect organization access credentials and sign out on shared devices. Keep vault recovery keys outside the app. Do not share another person’s account or attempt to access their records.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate others’ privacy, upload unlawful content, evade access controls, send malicious files, disrupt the service or collect credentials and payment-card details. You are responsible for the accuracy of records and your authorization to handle customer information.

Calculations and integrations

Dashboard figures depend on your entries, amount basis, fees and exchange rates. Review imported and captured orders before saving, and reconcile figures against original records. Estimates and recorded-spending alerts are not bank statements, provider invoices, tax advice or guaranteed fraud detection. This tool is independent of eBay and does not grant permission to bypass any platform’s rules.

Availability and backups

The service requires connectivity and may be interrupted for maintenance or third-party outages. Keep independent backups. Google Sheets mirroring runs only while the workspace is open, unlocked and authorized; Google copies are readable outside the encrypted vault and deletions can propagate. A lost vault passphrase and recovery key cannot be recovered by the administrator.

Account closure and changes

You may delete your account in Settings after confirming your password. Deletion is permanent for live app data and does not remove downloaded files or Google copies. Any separate commercial agreement with your organization remains separate from these product-use terms. Changes to these pages will show an updated date. Direct questions to the organization administrator who supplied your access.
